Impiana KLCC Hotel wins 4 Awards in 2009

Impiana KLCC Hotel was recently honoured with four awards for the year 2009, bestowed by various travel industry organizations recently. The Top Five Most Popular Hotel in Asia award by Hotel Club as voted through a global consumer survey consisting of 52,000 votes received from countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and Taiwan, followed by Wotif.Com Top Performer Year 2008/2009 Award and Latestays.Com Star Performer 2008/2009 Award for hotels that excelled in marketing and selling their rooms through Asia Web Direct and the Libur Tourism Award 2009 for best spa location and best spa wellness by Libur Magazine, Kumpulan Karangkraf Sdn Bhd. The hotel runs its own spa brand called Swasana Spa to which it was nominated based on its strategic location in the heart of the city (KLCC) and for its comprehensive and excellent quality treatments ranging from massage, facials, body wraps, body scrubs, spa packages and exclusive manicure and pedicure.
All of the awards were received by hotel representatives on different occasions. The hotel’s General Manager, sean sl choo said “I am truly delighted to know that although Impiana KLCC is a local brand competing with internationally established hotels in Kuala Lumpur, we are still able to win such esteemed awards that goes to prove that we provide our customers with high standards of service and the best of facilities. I believe that this is only the beginning and that we will be in the running to win many more awards in the near future”.
