The classic villas and suites are set out in sizes ranging from 60 to 170 square meters and are characterized with respective design concepts. According to the Villas Manager, Jeanette Kelly Impiana Private Villas target market is vast and seasonal. “as a boutique resort which prides itself on luxury and exclusivity, we appeal mostly to couples looking for a private getaway and those who enjoy the finer things in life” she says.
Incorporated as a key element in the resorts design is the lawn, which Ms. Kelly explains that due to its location, size and positioning is aimed at attracting weddings, celebrations, product launches and company incentives for which the whole property can be rented.
