I would like to personally extend my heartfelt appreciation for the great job you and your team has done during my stay at Impiana Kata Noi.All of you have exceeded me 7 my girlfriends expectations at the service standards your team has delivered. You have trained your staff exceptionally well and are true service professionals which is a rare breed.
Hotel guests are quick to criticize service shortfalls and rarely compliment a job well done.
I myself come from the hospitality industry from the IHG group as a PR manager at the Crown Plaza Changi Airport. I recently came from the Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur, and the service standards are nothing compared to Impiana Kata Noi.
I would also like to give a special mention to Kai “The Magnificent” and your driver Chart “The Reliable”. Thank you for the personal touch of the complimentary birthday cake for me and my girlfriend which falls on 4th July.
By the way, you have an absolutely beautiful, private and breathtaking property.
Kudos once again to you and all your team. I will defiantly be back here again for personalized service and amazing private villas.
