Ms. Tracey Hall, a very excited guest from New Zealand was keen to learn the local Thai ingredients. Her trip to the local market made the experience memorable... being able to see the fresh vegetables, the abundancy of chilis and a jumping catfish!!! Tracey loved the green curry with chicken that she could not wait to do it herself when she gets back home.

It was a fun-filled day to be with 4 ladies who showed great interest in Thai cuisine. Laughing while cooking was the experience with Rhonda, Karen, Fiona and Andrea. Unending compliments will shower you everytime you bump to anyone of them. Smiling faces and good morning greetings were never missed! Chef Kittichai or Em as they call him was glad to hear that the four of them will spread the news to all of their friends and relatives.
